The Belgian women’s handball team is ready for a restart

After a long forced break due to the global pandemic, the Black Arrows, the Belgian women’s handball team, are also ready for a restart of their activities. A mini-stage is planned in Hasselt on Friday 8 October. The next day, the Black Arrows play a friendly match against Tunisia. The match will be played in France, more specifically at Salle Jean Lampereur, Rue Saint Martin 59620, Aulnoye Aymerie.

SELECTION RED WOLVES

They will represent Belgium in the qualifiers World Cup round

In the run-up to the World Cup qualifiers that Belgium will play in November against Greece (November 3 in Hasselt) and Kosovo (November 7 on location), national coach Arnaud Calbry announced his final selection today. The World Handball Championship will be held in Poland and Sweden in 2023.

EHF EURO 2024 RELEGATION ROUND

The relegation round for four places in the Men’s EHF EURO 2024 Qualifiers will feature two eye-catching ties between neighbouring countries. The draw at the EHF Office on Thursday 19.08.2021 paired Turkey with Cyprus as well as… Luxembourg with Belgium.

The two-leg ties will be contested in the national team week either in November 2021 or January 2022. The teams named first have the home right in the first leg.
